DELIVERY POLICY

Due to modified operations to ensure the healthy and safety of our fulfillment team, please allow up to one business day for order processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
At checkout, the delivery methods will show an estimated day your shipment will be delivered . We will deliver your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.
 

Always Best delivers ice cream right to your doorstep via ONTRAC. We ship our ice creams inside an insulated frozen shipper box, packed with dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives at its destination in perfect condition, within the time frame it’s supposed to arrive. Please note that dry ice is exceptionally cold (-109.3°F). 

We currently offer ground shipping to California, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado within the 2 day ONTRAC ground shipping zone.

We fulfill shipments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure accurate delivery. If you wish to schedule a delivery outside of our normal schedule please email busch@alwaysbesticecream.com

We are not able to ship internationally.
